Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

 

Return Procedure:

  1. Take a clear photo for the item.
  2. Contact our customer service team via service@bcshared.com.
  3. Send the photos and order ID to customer service team and tell them about your problems and the resolution you prefer. Return? Refund? Exchange? Resend?
  4. Customer service team will offer you the address please send do not send the package back to where it came from, or it would delay your refund procedure.
  5. Notify us the tracking number after you have returned the item(s).
  6. To apply for a refund for goods that have been shipped, you need to return the goods. We will refund you after receiving the return.

*For the below circumstances, we don't accept a refund request without return. But we can offer a coupon for your next order.

  1. Don't like the item;
  2. Not fit as expected without any quality problems;
  3. Shipping status update delay;
  4. Differences/misunderstanding (on products/fabric) which has already been claimed in our description/title;
  5. Placed a wrong order and shipped;
  6. Not according to the size chart to choose the size caused by unfit.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
